How soon do I need to schedule on behalf of my business/group?
All reservations at Vitalis are based on our Instructors' availability, and are placed by first-come, first-serve basis. In most cases, reservations can be made between 2 days and 2 years in advance!
For Blended Courses that require online portions to be completed prior to class start, we recommend scheduling your service date 30 days out. This allows your participants ample time to have the prerequisite completed.

What should I do to prepare my space is ready for the course?
We bring the course to you! All you have to do as the group/business leader, is ensure there is a clean and safe environment for us to set up. Bonus: If you have tables, chairs and a projector for your participants- it is helpful to have these setup prior to start.

Do I have the space for a course at my business?
To guarantee your space is fit for a course, you can email pictures of the space to info@vitalistrainingstudio.com or request a 5-minute video chat. Conference rooms and classrooms are ideal, but most open spaces will work! As long as the area is clean, safe and allows participants to hear and see the instructor, we can often be creative in ensuring a successful course.
